    Q: What is your shipping policy?
    A:  We ship via USPS and you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days after it has been processed. 

    Q: What is your return policy?                           A: We want you to be happy with your purchase from Royal Lux Scents. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at support@royalluxscents.com or charletta@royalluxscents.com with your order number & reason for return before sending back your items. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your items. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your items and that they must be in their original condition and packaging.
